This family room presented the challenge of maximizing a limited footprint while creating a space that felt both functional and inviting. Every design decision needed to support the clients’ lifestyle, ensuring the room provided comfortable seating, practical usability, and a warm atmosphere without feeling crowded or constrained.

Breann Bohne approached the design with a focus on thoughtful space planning and carefully curated furnishings. Each piece was selected to balance comfort and functionality while reflecting the preferences of both homeowners. Layered textures and warm finishes were incorporated to soften the room’s contemporary architectural elements, creating a sense of depth and livability within the compact space. The result is a rustic modern retreat that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Warm-toned furnishings provide beautiful contrast against the cool concrete walls and floors, while rich textures add character and visual interest.
