Project Overview:

This game room began as a blank canvas, presenting the opportunity—and challenge—of creating a vibrant, imaginative space that would engage and inspire the client’s children. The goal was to design an environment that felt playful and dynamic, yet still balanced and functional for everyday use.

Kayla brought the vision to life through a bold and creative approach. A playful wallpaper applied to the ceiling introduces an unexpected design moment, while a full spectrum of color is thoughtfully layered throughout the room to create energy and visual interest. Modern furnishings in bright, cheerful tones were carefully selected to complement the palette, while key foundational pieces remain neutral, providing balance and allowing the more vibrant elements to shine. A multi-colored rug anchors the space, tying together the diverse hues into one cohesive design.

The result is a lively, inspiring playroom that seamlessly blends creativity with practicality. Designed for everything from playtime to homework, the space encourages imagination while maintaining a sense of harmony—an engaging, joyful environment where function and fun come together effortlessly.
