Vibrant Family Room

This family room began as a blank canvas, lacking the depth and visual presence needed to achieve the client’s vision of a vibrant, modern glam space. The challenge was to introduce bold color and layered detail while ensuring the room felt expansive, balanced, and complete.

Project Overview:

Kayla Anderson approached the design with a curated mix of statement pieces and thoughtfully placed accents. Rich pops of color were woven throughout the space, bringing energy and personality, while maintaining a cohesive, sophisticated aesthetic. A key design feature is the artwork above the fireplace, which extends upward to the ceiling, drawing the eye vertically and enhancing the room’s sense of height and openness.

The result is a striking yet inviting family room that seamlessly blends style and function. Bold hues, varied patterns, and refined finishes come together to create a harmonious composition—one that feels both glamorous and comfortable, perfectly suited for entertaining as well as everyday living.
