Challenging Media Room

This project came with several unique design challenges, including low ceilings with awkward angles and the task of converting a traditional bedroom into a functional media room. Finding a sectional that fit comfortably within the space required careful planning and precise measurements. Additionally, the existing built-in needed to be completely reimagined to serve as a stylish and spacious display cabinet that would anchor the room while enhancing both storage and visual appeal.

Project Overview:

To transform this bedroom into a media room, we began by removing the existing built-in and closet to create a large custom display case. Once complete, we painted the new built-in, added a modern wallpaper to the walls, and painted the ceiling a complementary black. This brought the media room vibe in right away. To keep the media room from being completely dark and dull, a large light gray sectional was used and was complemented with a colorful rug, pillows, and unique c-tables. A round black ottoman softened the room while a custom LED sign, and light stands, illuminate the room.
